Mixing section:

Usually there is a pair of stirring blades with various designs such as Z-shaped and S-shaped shapes. Z-shaped agitator blades can provide good shear force and are suitable for kneading high viscosity materials; The S-shaped stirring blade can create a rolling effect on the material during the mixing process, which helps to achieve uniform mixing of the material. The stirring blade is generally made of metal materials, such as stainless steel, to ensure its strength and corrosion resistance.

Tank body part:

The tank body is a container for storing materials, often made of stainless steel due to its excellent corrosion resistance and hygiene performance. The shape of the tank is generally U-shaped or double planetary. The U-shaped tank structure is simple, easy to clean and maintain; The dual planetary tank can better cover the entire tank space with the stirring blade and improve the uniformity of material mixing. There are feeding and discharging ports on the tank, and the feeding port is usually located at the top of the tank to facilitate the input of raw materials; The discharge port can be located at the bottom or side of the tank, and some discharge ports also have valves to control the discharge of materials.

Transmission part:

Including motors, reducers, and couplings. The motor provides power for the stirring blade, and its power is determined based on the model of the kneading machine and the amount of material processed. The function of the reducer is to convert the high-speed rotation of the motor into the low-speed high torque rotation required by the stirring blade, so that the stirring blade can effectively operate high viscosity materials. Couplings are used to connect motors and reducers, as well as reducers and agitator blades, to ensure smooth power transmission.
